1. Acceptance
By using Double Tap you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Double Tap generates suggested message replies using AI. Suggestions are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or out of context. You are solely responsible for reviewing and for anything you choose to send. Double Tap is a writing aid, not a substitute for your judgment.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use Double Tap to harass, deceive, defraud, or harm anyone.
- Do not process content you have no legal right to capture or use.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- Double Tap offers a limited free quota and optional paid subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly).
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged on confirmation and auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime in App Store → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that suggestions are suitable, accurate, or available without interruption.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Double Tap is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or the content you send.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
